1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the start date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the trip will receive a full refund minus transaction fees.

  • Cancellations made 14–29 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations within 13 days of the trip are non-refundable.

  • No refund is provided for unused services or early departures.

3. Travel Insurance

  • Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Thai Trip Hub reserves the right to make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, local events, or force majeure.

  • We will notify clients and offer suitable alternatives whenever possible.

5. Liability

  • While we ensure the highest safety standards, Thai Trip Hub is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must follow local laws, respect cultural customs, and behave responsibly.

  • Thai Trip Hub reserves the right to terminate service without refund if behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Data Protection

  • We collect only necessary personal information for trip arrangements and never share it with third parties without consent.
