1. Booking & Payment

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the start date unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 30+ days before the trip will receive a full refund minus transaction fees.

Cancellations made 14–29 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 13 days of the trip are non-refundable.

No refund is provided for unused services or early departures.
3. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
4. Changes to Itinerary

Thai Trip Hub reserves the right to make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, local events, or force majeure.

We will notify clients and offer suitable alternatives whenever possible.
5. Liability

While we ensure the highest safety standards, Thai Trip Hub is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must follow local laws, respect cultural customs, and behave responsibly.

Thai Trip Hub reserves the right to terminate service without refund if behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Data Protection

We collect only necessary personal information for trip arrangements and never share it with third parties without consent.
